All the employees are friendly and helpful and they do not
accept
tips as a hotel policy (though we did tip a few workers who went the extra mile.

First, the hotel is 'service inclusive' which means that nobody who works here will even

a gratuity, and we tried real hard to tip the bartender and he refused (twice).
