3. Rooms can be a bit pricey if there's a convention on, but worth checking for any last minute room returns as the prices come down dramatically (on this stay the Seaport was cheaper than the Holiday Inn at Beacon Hill and I booked 10 days before I arrived).

4. 00 per day for parking, you would think hotels guests would get a cheaper rate for parking.

5. We had planned to stay two nights, but upon final re-awakening (looking quite the worse for wear I might add) we all agreed that we couldn`t take another night of this,' and we moved to the Intercontinental which was cheaper, closer to the main parts of downtown, and had silent plumbing.

7. It is just a short walk across an overpass to the convention center and much nicer and cheaper than the Westin.
