Location is superb: walking distance from many attractive areas and you are just a block from the Park street "T" station, which runs both the Green Line (toward the Museum of Fine Arts, among other destinations) and the Red Line (to Cambridge in one direction and South Station with connections to Amtrak and commuter trains to outlying areas in the other).
