4. For us we loved staying here and it is the wonderful staff who are the heartbeat of Nine Zero.

5. On arrival back at our room we were greeted by a complimentary bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries along with a lovely card saying that they were sorry we had been disappointed by the other hotel in Chatham.

7. We had a lovely time in Boston and choosing Nine Zero was a great decision -- we love the Kimpton hotels (we stayed in Palomar in Philly) because we can bring our dog with no issues and they are very kid-friendly as well.
