1. It is very 'boutique-y', the staff was friendly, the room that I had was very big and very stylish and posh, no noise.

9. Parking is only via valet, at $42/night (no big surprise in abig city) and was tough to get to - valet entrance is on a tiny side street at the corner of the hotel and easy to miss.
