1. Not to mention, from the information I received from the Artisan, Rumor lied about the reason for my move - they just overbooked.

4. The hot-tub in the room was clean but so old that the paint/plaster (?) on the inside was chipping off which made it appear not so hot; didn't try it for this reason.

7. We were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and chose Rumor Hotel for a few reasons.

8. I called Rumor and they 'apologized for NOT TELLING ME there would be some sort of charge 2 months in advance' and then no reason was given after that.
