7. I waited around for an hour mind you its my birthday and I am in Vegas then I walked up to the front desk and asked the manager to please have them open the safe because I had reservations for dinner.

8. I was further pleased when the staff did everything they could to help when I left my iPod in our room after we checked out: the woman at the desk made several trips back to the room to find it and the staff who turned it over to me was careful to make sure that I was the owner.
