1. The staff were great with the exception with one person (she was kind of a know-it-all and I could tell she kind of drove her coworkers a little crazy) but other than her, I enjoyed my stay here.

7. the pool closes at 6pm, and there is no shade except for rental cabanas, so if you don't like frying in the sun, you're totally out of luck.
