1. The cocktail waitresses were great ( a kind word and a dollar tip will go a long ways) and we were very happy to see so many familiar faces were still there and not let go, especially my favorite bellman Pepe who always has a smile and something nice to say when we run into him.

3. I would 1st like to thank: Ms Vera Johnson - Hotel Check In, She is the most Up Lifting, happy, Always Smiling and Very Helpful every time I come into the Hotel and I stay at the Riviera alot.

6. This tower had 24 floors, so I was happy to be that high up.

7. (I had been told by someone at the Riviera that all Luxury Rooms were in the Monaco Tower, so this wasn't an upgrade but I wasn't going to argue, I was just happy we were in an updated room) We received a coupon book for booking via hotels.
