1. The bath supplies were a good name brand, this when the high end MGM City Center properties like Vdara are dropping their name brand bath amenities for generics.

5. Th rooms in general were Ok, very comfotable beds ( i was on a road-trip and stayed in 17 different hotels, motels, lodges and riviera had the best beds).

7. They want to promote their rat pack history but arent willing to invest in it - even to play music from that generation would help.

8. Unfortunately, unless you were seated at that bar, the piped music over the general PA fought tooth and claw with the live music, resulting in a miserable mish-mash at close range, and inaudibility beyond.

9. During our time in the lineup we saw that the staff was poorly managed - there were 2 clerks near the VIP check in section who were not participating in the general check in when there were no VIP customers checking in.

10. I eventually managed to overcome that issue, but in general if you want a good WiFi connection, look elsewhere, the one Riviera is using is a joke.
