1. Our room was HUGE and clean, the bathroom was in working order, the bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, the aircon worked and all the other rooms around us were quiet.

3. We didn't mind all the noise from Fremont St because the band was good and played music we both enjoyed (hard rock) but I imagine it would have been terrible for other guests who prefer some peace and quiet in their room or more mellow music.
