1. checked out early to go stay somewhere else because it was so gross and depressing, and customer service didn't even care that they were losing a customer.

3. We're not the types that care too much about our room, unless there's a problem - we had no problems here at all - and for downtown vegas - this is exactly what you'd expect from an older hotel.

7. we returned our hotel cards, i didnt even care about the loss of money at that point or really didnt care of any upgrades they had , by what we saw there its not somewhere safe for anyone .

8. We have stayed at this hotel several times and if you are looking for a very very inexpensive place to stay where the staff could really care less about you this is the place for you.

9. If they were worried why did they not show up earlier than just after checkout? My fiance is crying and they could of cared less.
