4. The hall way carpets look dirty and worn-out, something that gives you a first bad impression of the place but as I mentioned the room was clean.

5. Toiletries, which the hotel website doesn't mention, lovely fanned out towels and flannels (I'm impressed by little attentions to detail like that - they don't have to, but it makes a difference).
