1. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great.

2. Didn't offer anything for us that was helpful and didn't offer to talk to the manager and see if we might get a break on the room or that we could use another room for a shower.

3. The girl looked like she was tired and wasn't that helpful, we asked if they was a shuttle to the strip and she said that if we have a car to use it, I didn't know where to park and where to go and it is about a mile or so down a very busy street.
