4. then rec'd a call from night manager, he claimed general Manager was @ the airport boarding a plane and agreed to credit the full amount.

6. I asked for a credit for the 7 nights, night manager claimed he called the general Manager and offered to credit us for 6 nights and charge for 1 night.

8. I have been treated at The McCarran Inn from the general Manager John , the Director of Sales Jason to the desk auditors ad housekeeping staff like I am one of their family.

9. Breakfast was included so we had this a couple of times (bagels to toast and waffles to make) but generally we just got a cup of tea and went out to the breakfast buffets at the big hotels on the strip.
