4. I had to get one of my bags so I could change from my bathing suit (we could still stay at the pool after checkout time) and the staff were more than happy to help me out.

6. What marketing expert came up with that idea? Trying to dupe the us dummies? One in our party had a bad experience with loud music at 3 AM from the adjacent room & mgmt did absolutely nothing to make them happy, claiming that the hotel cannot control what guests do.

7. There are a lot of food options, including a fast food court, a pub and a Mexican restaurant with decent happy hour specials.

10. we are still happy with the Monte Carlo but if you stay here you should be aware of the fact that the rooms are showing some age.
