1. Our first room wasn't quite clean (floor 13), but when we mentioned our disappointment to the front desk, they immediately changed our room to a beautiful one, same type, just better floor and clean.

6. We looked in all the large name hotels, which are all well worth a look, but, if you can get a good deal on a room here, I'd pay to stay here rather than paying for a hotel which may be better known but for which you are essentially paying for the gimmicks.

7. Given that we had booked the hotel 5 months earlier, I complained and was eventually allocated a room on the 24th floor which had a much better view over the pool area, and I would recommend that you ask for a room on as high a floor as possible.
