1. Though I will say the staff , everyone except the person I had to discuss the compensation with, was relentlessly positive and cheerful and helpful: security-janitors, floor.

4. Having stayed in a few hotels in this 3 week stay none of them being as cheap as this by all means but other little things that have niggled at me are wifi is $12 for 24 hr access, no coffee making facilities in the room, lights that havent worked at all, being situated next to an ice machine is quite noisy especially in the middle of the night and after walking to the pool on the 25th floor and having to wander around trying to locate it being told by a security guard that it closes at 6pm (no opening times in any hotel info or leaflets)This sounds a very negative review and I suppose it is really but the positives - beds are comfortable and the room is spacious with good storage facilities.
