Maybe we just started off on the wrong foot and never got on track but here are several things that were not up to any standard we are used to: check in, ok, if you are going to have several lines for different levels of clientale then you should own it, i mean, you should police your lines to the best of your ability, otherwise, like in this case, you end up with nothing more then one big mess.
