1. We had a very minor issue with our in room safe the first day we arrived ( folks, when you check out of a room, please be mindful to the next set of guests and ensure you leave the safe open and available).

3. please note although they promote 'no resort fees' it's because you have to pay extra for everything.

6. Friends leaving the same early AM were very pleased with their bill, only to be shocked when we told them of our experience with billing irregularities, they discovered their bill was for the final day only.

9. Those of my colleagues who stayed in the South Tower were not as pleased with their rooms, so I think it is worth the extra few dollars.
