Pros: Low table minimums ($5), very friendly dealers, conveniently located West of Rio,and North of Palms, very convenient parking close to casino (unlike Strip hotels), and 24 hour TGIF on premises if you like that restaurant, and most importantly, apparently a fairly generous marketing promotions for somewhat modest gamblers IMHO.
