With the exception of the staff at the Cortez, I found every other employee I came in contact with to be warm and friendly as well as efficient, including desk personnel, housekeeping (who gave me stuff even though I didn`t have them clean the room), casino staff, cocktail servers, bartenders, restaurant waitstaff and security.
