7. Housekeeping picked up the slack the next day and the room was kept impeccably after that, but I'm still wondering how anyone could possibly have thought it would be acceptable to make up a bed with ripped sheets.

9. The staff there was wonderful and went out of there way to assist us (we even had the Slot Floor Supervisor, Pam Carrollo search for my husband because she had accidentally done something wrong on his players card and wanted to correct it).
