1. The lady on the phone couldn't have been more apologetic for the poor welcome that we received & the fridge arrived within minutes We decided not to to dwell on the experience & get on with our holiday.

3. When we got to the desk the receptionist was less than welcoming, she seemed irritated by the fact that she had to deal with the public, she made little or no eye contact & it was the worst 'welcome' we had received in the states.

4. Once we got to our room there was no fridge although we had already been told that there was one in the room by our 'friendly' receptionist, we immediately rang the switch to express our dissatisfaction & to let them know what an awful welcome we had received & that there was no fridge.

5. The location was excellent (in te middle of the strip) the hotel was very accomodating and welcoming.
