1. The pool complex is fabulous, the elevators are the most efficient I have encountered anywhere and the service and atmosphere of the place is just great.

3. To be fair the front desk dealt with the change quickly and efficiently, however, to get the change I had to swap my strip view room for a view of the car park which kinda sucked, that said it was worth the change to get some decent sleep and take advantage of the above mentioned great bed.
