1. The staff are all friendly, checked us in early and the bill was as promised and identical to what we were told when we arrived.

2. Once we got to our room there was no fridge although we had already been told that there was one in the room by our 'friendly' receptionist, we immediately rang the switch to express our dissatisfaction & to let them know what an awful welcome we had received & that there was no fridge.
