1. Ya it a little messy around where you eat them but they do a land slide business and they are pretty fast on your order.

2. The staff was very professional and kind - I had no problems with check-in, maid service (we asked for extra pillows when we got to our room and they were delivered so fast and cheerfully), valet (awesome guys.

I brought a friend who stayed on another floor in a different room and the review is unanamous, it may be an older hotel but the staff is fast and friendly, never did I feel uncomfortable asking questions and a staff member went out of their way to show me where the public computers were hidden to print airline tickets.

9. Room: 949, the tower further away from the Fremont experiencePros: Friendly staff, maid service excellent, low table minimums, fast check-in, free in-room safe, in-room coffee maker, acceptable bed and pillows (they weren't great but they didn't prevent your from sleeping).
