3. I would like to mention Jennifer for her particular rudeness when my husband complained about receiving a slightly damaged $10 note at the hotel and she refused not only to accept the note (a tiny bit at the corner of the note was missing) but also to offer any sort of assistance.

4. If you are on a budget and like staying downtown it would be an acceptable choice for the price unless you are expecting more of an 'experience' in your hotel stay.

10. Room: 949, the tower further away from the Fremont experiencePros: Friendly staff, maid service excellent, low table minimums, fast check-in, free in-room safe, in-room coffee maker, acceptable bed and pillows (they weren't great but they didn't prevent your from sleeping).
