6. I said just put me somewhere because at this point my lunch break was about over, so up to a normal room to drop my stuff and rush back, nope keys don't work, lug my stuff back down, new keys, still don't work, lock is broken, so now I'm late and annoyed waiting for someone to let me in.

7. We spoke to a supervisor and explained our frustration with our entire stay as we gave her our card again (how could we have checked in without a card in the first place??) She explained that the clerk who checked us in was new (that was supposed to explain the dirty and occupied rooms??) She offered us another $50 room service credit.
