1. The front desk staff are generally friendly but, as in any of the large hotels in Vegas, you will find the occasional snarky one.

5. Cons: Would have appreciated more information as first time guests about the offerings of the hotel and pool area was picky - everyone needed room card to get in, need ID to pay for anything by credit card whereas we generally bring less to leave lying around and fridge in room is full of items to purchase - no where to leave your own water/beverages etc without unpacking it or bringing a cooler.

6. in general We did not eat or gamble much at the hotel so no comments on that though tried buffet lunch years ago and remember it being good (they really do not go out of their way to get you interested in their own offerings as do some of the other properties).

7. A little tip, if you want to enjoy the lazy river, buy an inner tube at a drug store or general store on the Strip b/c it will be much cheaper.

9. This was my first (and last) trip to Las Vegas, and upon arrival at the property I felt that it met my expectations in terms of aesthetics and general customer service.
