1. The dealers are horrible and will not even make conversation with you with the exception of Mai who has nice and chatted us up.

4. The hardware is really exceptional, so many choices of restaurants, shows, shops, the casino floor, you can literally spend a weekend without leaving the building.

5. then after a maintence man had to come to fix bathroom door, shower and tub that didn't work we were then told ohh yeah they have redone all of the suites except the Palazzio ( which is what we booked).

7. It seemed the further you went down the strip in the opposite direction, the hotels became very run down (with the exception of City Center, which was nice and new, albeit gaudy and overpriced).
