1. The hotel has a separate reception for the upgraded room types, this is a nice touch and makes the start of the experience relaxed and perfect.

9. Big down side for me was having to listen to the nightclub til 0430 as they think it's a good idea to have an outside area? We were on the 23rd floor and could hear it perfectly.
