3. Booked a suite & a room for my family in the tower suites, rooms were great, let down by management attitude & greed, after spending a lot of money during six days stay , requested 2 hours check out delay (due to late flight time), the request was declined unless I pay half day rate which we found excessive & unreasonable, to add to this front desk staff ( suppose to be the best) were unhelpful .
