3. I would make the arguement that the answer to that is a pretty strong yes, as I love high end properties, but dislike the 'over the top' aspect that some go for.

4. I think the thing about Wynn that really is impressive is that it's a huge property, particularly if you roll Encore in with it, and very high end.

7. Yes, the Mall and TI are across the street, but being adjacent to the Vanetian Palazzo complex means this end of the srip has a high end feel.
