1. Not quite sure which hotel most of these reviewers were staying at but certainly didn't feel like this was the same one.

2. If we needed a taxi, for when we went out at night, and didn't feel like walking the distance (Wynn and Encore is about 2 miles away), we told the front desk we needed a taxi and it came within 2 minutes.

3. We did stay in a room that was by the monorail and the noise never seemed to be a problem, as we slept like babies.

7. 5 min walk to the strip and if you like quiet, simple environment, this is the hotel.

8. The hotel does have nice amenities: like a market area downstairs (convenient if you don't want to walk to CVS or Walgreens), a gym (though limited b/c there are only a few machines), a whirlpool, swimming pool, and tennis court (I did not try these out).

10. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and you'll probably miss the entrance the first time you visit, but a similarly equipped room at any CET or MGM property would easily cost three times as much.
