Only negative is very tight parking spaces and the free WiFi did not work; at connection ads came rolling in before the ISP interface and the log-in user access code interface got stuck in some loop after I accepted 'Terms of Service' and wouldn't correct even with log off and restart--when I complained I was told I 'must have had some cookies that needed clearing.

3. Having the heated pool broken on Christmas day and still not fixed is not acceptable in any capacity, especially since the Carriage House seems to be disinterested in fixing it.

4. Pool area is very acceptable for the size of the complex and both the pool and hot tub are heated.

5. I found that the while that the facility does not have the same amenities as a regular hotel, it was close to the strip, the rooms were spacious and in the end, the facility was acceptable.
