1. That is a shame b/c we generally tip well DAILY for decent housekeeping, so they missed out completely on this.

2. Carpet looked like it hadn't been vaccumed in weeks, mold all over the shower curtain, grime and someone else's hairs on the bathroom counter, huge spider webs and a ton of dust on top of curtain/window, and just general 'dirtier than acceptable' room this time.

4. The real kicker with this hotel is the horrible customer service on the part of the employees and the general Manager.

9. They had just an 'old' regular tv, no fridge/microwave, and everything else (furniture, mattresses, linens, carpet, flooring) were all just generally 'shabbier'.

10. They have the mounted flat screen tv, mini-fridge/microwave combo, coffee maker, hairdryer, full size ironing board w/iron, and generally just 'better' mattresses, linens, furniture, carpet/flooring, etc.
