1. The door handle didn't work the correct way, you had to lift it up with some force and then push the door open with force as well.

The full-length mirror that had apparently fallen off our bathroom door before our arrival was just leaning against the wall (the the broken brackets still sticking out of the back of the door) and the vanity area light never worked correctly (we brushed teeth in the dark on the second morning), which was annoying.

3. Our room was missing all trash cans, the curtain was not hung correctly and one outlet was not working.

4. However, we booked a room with double bed, even called 10 hours before arrival to ensure correct reservation, only to find out late that night that they overbooked, and we had no choice but to accept a room with one bed.
