8. Don`t know if it matters but they do allow pets (with a non-refundable deposit, guess if you will be there awhile, it is nice to have your pet with you)- we only saw some, didn`t hear OR smell ;-) any.

9. You`re close to Austin`s night life (can give THAT a miss on Saturday night, personally) and a really nice shopping area along West 6th street as Austin doesn`t have a downtown as such .
