1. The first room we were given smelled like something had died in it, so we went down to swap it out.

7. We've stayed there several times, so the downsides don't bother us as much as we like the upside of the location - and the fact that, unlike other downtown hotels, you don't find a parking charge of $20/night tacked onto your room rate.
