(I was not at the hotel when the gift shop was open, so maybe at the gift shop it was more reasonably priced)- one of the waiters in the bar was a little snippy one night- the towels in the bathroom could be replaced- as stated above, maybe add some machines to the gym or open it earlier, or let the staff know what time it opens if it actually opens before 6? I would have gone down earlier if I knew it opened earlierGood things- the room was really clean.
