2. All in all, it'd be fine for conferences and weddings, but I'd recommend trying to get closer into to town if you are visiting the area for fun.

3. Although far from downtown Austin it is convenient to major arteries that can get you where you want to go, and close to the Domain shopping area that is really fun to explore.
