It`s adequate if you`re getting a deal, othwise you`d be FAR better off looking at the Hilton (service on a whole different level, for example, at the Renaissance don`t expect immediate help with your bags) with a beautiful lobby, rooms and excellent location for the unique Austin nightlife experience (at Hilton).
