6. It was 2 am and we were exhausted from traveling so I asked the person working the front at the time if there was anything he can do for us, maybe give us a better rate on a normal room since the night was already over.

9. My main disappointment was that the maids didn't come until late in the afternoon (past 5 pm), when it would have been better for us had they come during the day when we were out, and not when we were in the room getting ready for the evening.
