1. Their father was there and though it's not allowed for minors to use this facility and also it's responsability of their father to take care of it, this may give to the reader an idea about what to expect in this hotel.

4. We were able to check in a little early and every member of the staff with whom we interacted during our stay (front desk, housekeeping, cooking staff, maintenance) was very friendly, responsive and helpful.
