1. There are lots of nice little touches from the 'welcome' snacks in your room, to the free breakfast (I had a sausage biscuit, yogurt and coffee every morning).

3. Management has tried to consider every detail, including an extendable magnifying mirror in the bathroom, guest library, gourmet coffee in the lobby, extra assorted pillows upon request, welcome snacks in the room and much more.
