1. The mattresses and bedding are in good shape, and the in-room air conditioning is responsive to the thermostat and reasonably quiet.

2. I recently went there and was quoted an exorbitant price for the room as they are now well aware of the good reviews (including my own left previously) which are now printed out and taped to the front desk as justification for huge increase in price.

4. The room and the hotel itself were very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was really good (Texas shaped waffles, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc.

5. The suite was a good size with a flat screen TV, the bed was very comfortable and the pillow selection was unexpected but very nice.

6. Of course this is a cheap motel and as such can't provide luxury, but we wouldn't stay here again no matter how good a deal it was.

10. Very clean, at the crossroads of 51st and 183, It has a decent breakfast (no freshly made foods but very good, large selection), excellent mattress, good lighting.
