The electrical outlets are too few and hardly hold on to plugs, the shower head is so low I had to kneel or bend over to wash my hair, the room is clean enough but run-down with repairs showing, we felt mislead about the wireless internet (not free after all?), the towels are barely big enough to wrap around my toddler, and the invoice at check out makes it look like they charged us for the Disney tickets that were supposed to be included with our hotel package.
