1. I give it a 5 not because it is resort quality but it is quiet, clean and close to Disney and compared to other properties very affordable.

3. (On a side note: Millie's has a great, affordable breakfast as does Mimi's Both are on the way, and when you sign up for the newsletter at Mimi's Cafe's website, they send you a coupon for a free breakfast.

Liked - location, free breakfast of hot waffles, cleanDisliked- freeway noise, tiniest room we`ve ever stayed in, no storage space/no closet, friday nite doubled price, poor internet serviceWe left it too late to book something nice near Disneyland but found this place and it looked nice on the web and very affordable.

8. If I was on a budget again I would probably stay here again but if I could afford a little more per night or would be staying longer I would probably stay someone else only because the room was so small and I like to have good tv reception.
