1. We had booked a stay at another motel and were not happy with that room but from the moment we walked into the Desertpalms and were greeted by the front counter staff we were very impressed and turned the start of our Disneyland VACATION from a negative into a positive.

9. The only negative thing I can think of is that our room was quite noisy in the mornings as I think it may have been positioned underneath the outdoor breakfast area and we could hear all the chairs scraping as people pushed them in and out.

10. The gal that checked us out had zero personality and was not very friendly, so if they are looking to leave a positive impression they need to keep her out of the public eye.
